If you don't want to use this method, you can select the option to receive shipping notifications by text. You can even email customer service with your tracking number to get information.

To track your order, you must have your tracking number or your order number. If you haven't received your tracking number by email or text, your order is still being processed. Sizes for clothing products can be accessed in the product's images and/or the product's description. Please follow the size measurements of the product, rather than habitually select a size. Add as many items as you desire to your shopping bag while browsing the store. Once you want to proceed with the order, do so by clicking the shopping bag in the top right corner. Here, you will be able to see all the products you have selected previously.
If you are ready to purchase your item(s), click the "Check Out" button in the bottom right. Enter your information accordingly, and after you place your order, you will be notified when your order is processed, and when it is shipped.
Payments can only be refunded to the original payment method! If the customer cannot access that payment method, they need to contact the payment company to claim their funds.
Items that are missing or damaged upon arrival will be refunded. The customer will be notified once their order has been refunded. Returning items is not necessary for refunds! Please review the refund policy for more information.
